Black Lacquer Primer

ARC Black Lacquer Primer is a premium quality lacquer surfacer that is formulated with high quality resins. Provides great results within automotive applications. The ARC Black Lacquer Primer is a fast dry lacquer primer that sands easily after 30 minutes. This lacquer primer must be reduced with the ARC Urethane Reducers.
