ARC Basecoat Converter is formulated to be a suitable crossover to the basecoat converter used in the PPG® Deltron® 2000 Basecoat Color (DBC®) system. ARC Basecoat Converter has the same physical properties as the comparable PPG® basecoat converter and is intended to be a direct replacement by volume in the PPG® Delton® 2000 Basecoat Color (DBC®) formulas.
